S'more? #recipe

This was originally in my now famous Hot Chocolate Recipe but I've been asked for it in a separate blog so here it is. 

Warming and indulgent, so perfect for this time of year...especially with Hot chocolate he he.

I love S'mores and we originally started making these in Texas. Here you cant get the exact ingredients because they use Graham Crackers but I find Chocolate Digestives the best anyway because they have chocolate already inside which melts and goes yummy.

Ingredients:
Chocolate Digestives
Marshmallows
Skewers
Grease proof paper strips to wrap it all up.


Melt the marshmallow and when gooey sandwich between two Chocolate Digestives...Demolish! 

I normally just melt them over the hob or a large candle but if the weather is OK we sometimes put the Chimnea on, real camping style.

 This S'more Tray, is fab to take out to the Bonfire and toast the marshmallows. Great for winter treat though.
