Biscoff Slow Cooker Fudge

BEYOND easy to make. ONLY 4 ingredients needed. PERFECT thing to make with kids of any age or for yourself!

This is MEGA popular already with you all, here is the original Chocolate recipe - Slow Cooker Fudge

I decided to make my second favourite version as a totally different flavour and delicious! If you love Biscoff this is for you.

Ingredients-
400g White Chocolate.
1 can (397g) of condensed milk
50g Lotus Spread
Lotus Biscuits- about 10 crumbled into the mixture. Extra to decorate.
Slow Cooker
20x20cm tin or anything you have about that size.

Whack ingredients in a slow cooker and leave on low for around an hour.

*Set an alarm to give it a good stir every 15mins.

*When all together and thick/starting to crust it is ready.

*Transfer to the tin and push the rest of the biscuits in the top.
Leave to set for a few hours. - You can pop it in the fridge to speed it up.

*Cut up and enjoy!

I get asked a lot if you can make different versions?

YESSS. Go for it.

Use any flavour chocolate you like.
Add anything you like. Enjoy.

  1. I am SO excited to try this! Started to gather my ingredients - we had an Asda delivery on Tuesday and managed to get a few bits in - the biscuits and the Biscoff spread (although they gave me the crunchy one so hope that's still as good!) .. all I need now is a cooking tin and some white chocolate (they only delivered half the amount I needed in my delivery)
